You enter your visa scheduling login information into the desktop application so it can monitor the appointment system.

Those visa scheduling credentials are not sent to our servers.

Our server-side services are used for product licensing tied to the login email and the alert integration needed to deliver Telegram notifications.

Engineering note: do not add claims about encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, or credential-store implementation until technically verified.
